Returns & Refunds Policy

At PetCoverProtect, your satisfaction matters to us. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return, exchange, or refund under the terms outlined below.

Return & Exchange Window

You may request a return or exchange within 90 days of receiving your order, provided the item meets our eligibility requirements.

Exchanges & Returns

If you need a different size or wish to initiate a return, please contact us at info@petcoverprotect.com with your order number and reason for return.

Our inventory changes frequently. If a replacement item is unavailable, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Order Cancellations

  • Before shipment: Orders canceled before shipping will receive a full refund.
  • After shipment: Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow the return process after delivery.

To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at info@petcoverprotect.com.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email info@petcoverprotect.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item

We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund. Return shipping will be fully covered by us in these cases.

Color Differences

If the color received does not match the color ordered, please email info@petcoverprotect.com with your order number and photos of the item. Photos must include a visible date and name.

If the incorrect color was sent, we will provide a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Please note: Color variations caused by lighting, screen settings, or personal preference do not qualify as incorrect color. These items may still be returned if unused, but return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

Missing Orders

If your order appears to be missing, contact us at info@petcoverprotect.com.

We will investigate and either resend the order or issue a refund.

Return Shipping Responsibility

  • We cover return shipping if the return is due to our error (wrong item, wrong size, wrong color, or damaged product).
  • Customers cover return shipping for size issues, preference changes, or non-defective returns.

Returned items must be unused, unwashed, clean, and in original packaging.

How to Return an Item

  1. Email info@petcoverprotect.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Securely package the item (original packaging preferred)
  3. Follow the return instructions provided by our support team

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Non-Returnable Situations

We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds if:

  • Sofa cushions are not removable, making the covers incompatible (this requirement is clearly stated on our product pages)
  • Items show signs of wear, washing, damage, or use
  • Items are returned in unsellable condition
