🔄 Returns & Refund Policy
At Pet Protect Cover, your satisfaction (and your pet’s comfort!) means everything to us. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help make it right.
📦 Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unused, unwashed items in their original packaging.
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be in new, resellable condition
- Must include original packaging and tags
- You must provide proof of purchase or your order number
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:
- Items marked Final Sale
- Products that have been used, washed, or damaged
- Gift cards
💰 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Please note:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the return is due to an error or defective item)
🔁 Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Reach out to us — we’re happy to help arrange an exchange if stock is available. The fastest way is to return the original item and place a new order.
🚫 Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Received the wrong item or something arrived damaged?
We’re really sorry! Please email us at hello@petprotectcover.com within 7 days of receiving your order with:
- A description of the issue
- A photo of the item and packaging
- Your order number
We'll make it right as quickly as possible.
📩 How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, email us at hello@petprotectcover.com with your order number and reason for return. Our customer care team will provide return instructions and shipping details.
